Potatoes are always a great side dish! This one is super easy!
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter and pour int a 9 x 13 pan.
Take 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle over butter in pan.
Next, you need 8 medium red potatoes. Wash and sliced in half lengthwise.
Place potatoes with the cut side down on top of cheese.
Bake at 400, uncovered for 40 minutes or until tender.
Flip over and serve.
