Scrambled Eggs with Broccoli and Cheese
1 package (10 oz) frozen broccoli in cheese flavored sauce
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
6 eggs, slightly beaten
Prepare broccoli and cheese sauce following direction on the package. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Slightly beat eggs and add to butter in skillet. When eggs begin to set, add broccoli and cheese sauce. Cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve hot with fruit and toast for a great breakfast!
